LOW IMPACT FASHION

What are low-impact dyes?

Low impact dyes are known to be more eco-friendly as they do not use toxic chemicals.  Also, they have a higher absorption rate, which means they require less water.  We care about what you put on your skin. 

How do I care for the products?

For best care, turn inside out, machine wash cold.  Please note that color transfer may occur on lighter items and color can fade over time. Wash less and save Madre Earth.

What does ethical fashion mean?

The words ethical and sustainable are too often used interchangeably and it’s useful to separate them into two clearly defined categories: ‘Ethical’ referring to people and ‘Sustainable’ referring to the environment. Ethical fashion refers to garments that have been produced in an environment that is conscious and engaged in the many social issues the fashion industry affects.  We always treat our vendors and employees with kindness and respect and pay them a living wage. At ALL FOR RAMON, we refer to our vendors and employees as family because US manufacturing is rare.  We admire the resilience these companies have and love supporting small family businesses.  All For Ramon is as a low-impact brand because it is entirely impossible to be a 100% sustainable clothing brand.  Afterall, we are producing clothes and we want to be truthful and transparent on what we do. 

Where is your product made?

All of our products are cut, sewn, dyed in Los Angeles, California.  All of our factories are within 16 miles from our main headquarters in Los Angeles.   Which means we are able to check in on weekly if not daily basis.  We are proud to have a low carbon footprint. We proudly hand-dye all the AFR products in our family factory in California. 

Do you use eco-friendly packaging?

Yes!, all orders are shipped with 100% recycled kraft paper mailers and made in the US. Your garment will arrive with a low impact hang-tag printed with vegetable ink, and recycled thank you cards.

How often do you send emails?

We totally get it, emails can a little too much  We do our best to keep our emails to a minimal and purposeful.

Do you do private label?

Nope, sorry not at this time.  If you are looking to collaborate please email info@allforramon.com.

PAYMENTS

What is Sezzle?

Sezzle is a service that offers you the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal installments, due every two weeks, without any interest.

How do I use Sezzle?

Just shop allforramon.com and checkout as usual.  At checkout, choose Sezzle as your payment method.  You will be directed to the Sezzle website to register and provide payment details.  If you've used Sezzle before, just log into your Sezzle account, complete your purchase and it's that simple. 

How does the Sezzle payment schedule work?

Customers are required to make their first payment at checkout.  The remaining three payments are due every 2 weeks in equal installments. The installments will be drawn for your selected payment method.  You can log into your Sezzle account to view your payment schedule. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

What is your Return & Exchange Policy?

All For Ramon allows returns on full priced items within 7 days of order delivery date. All returned items must be unworn, undamaged and unwashed with all original tags attached. Failure to do so can delay processing of your return.

Exchanges on full priced items can be made within 7 days from the order delivery date.  If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color please email info@allforramon.com with your order number to issue an exchange claim. We will email you a return claim immediately. Complete the form and email back asap. Failure to do so can delay processing of your return.

You can also return/exchange your item at the AFR warehouse within 7 days of order delivery date.  Appointment must be scheduled for your visit.

Note: We will only credit you for the merchandise purchase and not for shipping fees.

How can I mail back my full priced exchange/return package to AFR?

No returns allowed on promo or discount items as they are final sale.

Customers will be responsible for return/exchange shipping costs**

How can I mail back my sale priced exchange package to AFR?

NO RETURNS/REFUNDS ON PROMO/DISCOUNT/SALE items

Customers will be responsible for return/exchange shipping costs**

What do I do if I received the wrong item or my item is damaged?

Customers have one week to report a damaged or wrong item. Please email us at info@allforramon.com within 7 days of receipt to correct the issue. We cannot help you after a week or if the item has been worn or used.

How do I start a return?

Customers have one week to request a return on FULL PRICED items. Please email us at info@allforramon.com within 7 days of receipt to issue an RMA. We cannot accept returns after a week or if the item has been worn or used.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

Can I change or cancel my order?

To CANCEL or MODIFY your order, please urgently contact us at info@allforramon.com  We will do our ultimate best to satisfy your request, however we can not cancel or modify orders that have already shipped.

How long before my order ships?

Please allow 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday) for order processing, pending credit card verification, and pending availability, in addition to 2-7 business days for delivery.

Note: All for Ramon unfortunately does NOT ship on weekends.

Where is my order?

Tracking is available on all delivery services.  You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way to you, with a tracking link for your package.

Note: All for Ramon cannot be held liable for any packages that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

What countries do you ship to?

USA and Internationally! If we don't ship to you, let us know.
